What to include when shipping your equipment:
You should pack your product safely and securely in a large enough box and include the repair form.
Please follow this procedure for shipping and handling:
- Secure the product in a sturdy box.
- Include only equipment to be serviced.
- Insure the product via the carrier.
- Obtain a tracking number when available.
Also, include any photos or negatives that might help explain the problem.
Accessories like batteries, straps, cases, etc. are not needed. Please include only the items necessary to diagnose and repair the problem.
If the equipment is within the manufacturers warranty period, a store receipt must be included.
